Managing collaboration with strategic partners: defining policies and guidelines, presenting Sustainability to companies at HQs and in the Projects Department.
Conducting analysis of global activities as related to human rights, biological versatility etc. as well as the Group’s stakeholder engagement activities in Africa; providing professional support to projects both at HQs and in the field, identifying main topics in the relevant geographic regions, mapping activities on a Group as well as on the individual company level, and defining measures to be taken.

Responsible, as Professional Advisor, for policy making: initiating, creating, implementing, managing and supervising environmental policy; determining policy goals, tools, time tables, and control measures.
Sustainable Material Management: leading the professional and administration activity in several major Israeli waste market reforms involving municipal solid waste as well as construction, agricultural and electronic waste. Involved in creating and implementing regulations, positive and negative financial incentives, educational programs, infrastructure projects and data policy tools.
Enhancing the decision making process by gathering and analysing professional and financial data. Synchronizing inter divisional administration between the Ministry of Environmental Protection, governmental entities and external authorities. Main projects included:
Designing the Ministry of Environmental Protection subsidy program for municipal soiled waste treatment facilities. Preparing financial analysis of the PPP mechanism-based municipal solid waste treatment facility plan for the Ministry of Finance.
Operational and financial analysis of the joint Ministry of Environmental Protection and Ministry of Transportation ‘old vehicle disposal program’. Providing strategic and financial consulting services to the Israel Railways budget government negotiation team.
Managing the national air pollution reduction program. Providing financial and technical consulting services to the Public Utility Authority’s emission reductions project in existing power plants.
Preparing a financial analysis of the domestic electricity products taxation plan for the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Ministry of Finance.
Providing financial consulting services to the Public Utility Authority in the determination of renewable energy tariffs (solar thermal, wind, and biogas).
